I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for me - it was nestled in a quiet and peaceful area, yet just a short drive away from town and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and despite their limited English, they made sure I had everything I needed. The highlight of my stay was definitely the private onsen in my room. It was pure bliss to relax and unwind in the hot spring bath at any time of the day. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and they even catered to my vegan diet at no extra charge. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.
This place is the perfect choice for a stay in the area. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

This serene and comfortable accommodation had amazing rooms that were spacious and comfortable, with private onsens for each guest to enjoy at any time. the staff were consistently attentive and went above and beyond, preparing a vegetarian and vegan-friendly meal upon request. the location was quiet and picturesque, with beautiful green surroundings.
Although the aircon in the room broke down on the second night of the stay, the staff were still helpful and apologetic about the problem.

The hot springs were a highlight of our stay, with each room featuring its own private onsen. the Japanese-style breakfast was delicious, and the staff did a good job of accommodating our dietary restrictions. The hotel was situated in a peaceful, natural setting that provided a great escape from the city.
We had a few gripes with our experience. First and foremost, the language barrier made communication with the staff difficult as they did not speak English.

This hotel was a great choice for our city getaway. We loved the spacious and comfortable room, complete with a semi-open bath that was so relaxing. the staff were attentive and accommodating, even preparing a vegetarian meal for us. We also appreciated the beautiful surroundings, with scenic waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. Plus, the kaiseki breakfast was absolutely delicious.
That communication was difficult, as the staff didn't speak English. there were no lounging areas other than our room, which was a bit small for our liking.
